Returns and Exchanges for Print on Demand Products

1. Returns and Exchanges Policy: Awakened Avenue does not accept returns or exchanges for any of our print on demand products unless there is a defect or error in the item received.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an item that is incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Size Discrepancies: In the event that the size of the item received differs significantly from the size chart provided on our website, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exceptions for Print on Demand Products

1. Custom Printing: Please note that all of our products are custom printed on demand. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
2. Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as it immediately enters our printing process. We kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully before confirming.

Refunds for Digital Download Prints

1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital download prints, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products.
2. Instant Access: Upon completing your purchase, you will have immediate access to download the digital files. As such, refunds cannot be provided after the download has been initiated.

License Agreement for Digital Download Prints

1. Personal Use Only: Our digital download prints are intended for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Awakened Avenue.
